We were asked by Lufthansa to support in the area of IT procurement with our IT Procurement expertise.
OUR APPROACH
We supported the internal team with interim IT procurement resources to handle strategic IT procurement projects as well as support in the commercial clearing process of a major IT outsourcing deal.

We utilized our know how out of the retail sector to achieve major cost savings and efficiencies in the purchase, connectivity and rollout of mobile devices for all flight attendants, that allowed the airline to digitize the briefing process. Additionally, we supported the equipment of all planes with mobile internet from procurement side to ensure the most efficient usage of ground times.

Additionally, we handled various sourcing projects in IT infrastructure, software and professional services from the demand definition and tender execution through the commercial and contractual negotiation.
