The globally operating fashion brand was missing a global retail portfolio process based on a strategic framework.

OUR APPROACH

We executed multiple workshops and analyzed the overall decision making and identified gaps for all retail stores (opening, closing, relocations, refits – from a real estate, architecture, merchandising and visual merchandising perspective).
