BRIEF
We were asked by an organization in public services to design and setup an enterprise architecture team, as well as light-house project applications and alignment with country-wide reference architectures .
OUR APPROACH
By using several methods and techniques we realized alignment on architecture goals and methods.

We helped with the strategic synchronization of business and IT, and governance mechanics and provided a 2023 roadmap and reference models.

We have also designed and helped to implement ‘EA Body Of Knowledge’ across the organization, taking into account federal guidelines and capabilities (both organizational as well as architecture). Additionally, we used light house projects to perform coal-face level architecture projects, while coaching project managers and solution architects.
